| Bonny Becker was interested in being a writer even as a kid. She loved to read and dreamed of being an author of books. But it really seemed kind of impossible. Before Bonny published her first book, she went to college - twice. She received a degree in Psychology and worked in that for a while before she realized that wasn't the right field for her. She started rethinking and got back to the old dream of being an author and got involved in writing adult short stories. While writing she got a master's in English and Creative Writing. Bonny then started focusing on kids' books, her real love. Today she has eight published books to her credit and three more on the way. She is married, has two daughters, a dog named King Henry, and lives in Seattle. | ![]() |
