Castlemere will ship in-stock items within three to five business days. Out-of-Stock items will ship as soon as the item(s) becomes available. Items on our site with an anticipated availability date or shown as Temporarily Out-of-Stock may be pre-ordered by entering the item number, description and price on the Special Orders page. You will be notified by e-mail with an approximate ship date for special orders.
Shipping and Handling
The destination (US, Canada, or Intenational) must be selected in the drop down menu in the shopping cart. Shipping and handling charges will then be displayed before final check out. Shipping charges for international destinations may be adjusted down at time of shipment, based on weight. You will be notified by e-mail prior to shipment if adjusted charges for international destinations are more than those automatically calculated.
Express shipment is available for the Continental US. Select US Express Ship in the drop down menu in the shopping cart. Shipping and handling charges will then be displayed before final check out. Shipping charges for express shipment may be adjusted down at time of shipment, based on weight. You will be notified by e-mail prior to shipment if adjusted charges for express shipment are more than those automatically calculated.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item(s) purchased from Castlemere, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date the item(s) was purchased for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling). Complete the "Return Copy" of your Sales Receipt and return it with the item(s) using the included address label. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will credit your account within 5 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item plus shipping and handling.
